Exhaust Wrap

The Car Builders Header Wrap keeps internal heat inside the header pipes and lessens heat transfer. The velocity of the internal gas is maintained, increasing exhaust pressure and flow, by retaining exhaust heat in the pipes.

The tightest weaves are created by extruding fibres made of crushed lava rock into titanium header wrap. Our premium thermal wrap is made of titanium exhaust, which is superior to other materials. It provides the highest level of protection in this product line and is stronger and more flexible. The only header wrap that can survive 1200°C continuously is appropriate for turbo engines.
