Fuel Delivery

Crude oil is transformed into a variety of petroleum-based products by petroleum refineries, including various grades of gas, diesel, jet fuel, kerosene, asphalt, and paraffin wax. Pipelines from the source or from tanker ships transport crude oil to refineries. These refineries transform the crude oil into useable goods through heating and chemical processes.

The petroleum products must be transported from the refinery to the terminal after conversion. The most popular distribution options are pipelines and tanker trucks. The wholesaler keeps the various fuels at the terminal in enormous storage tanks until clients submit orders.
