Traction Bars

The lengthy driveshaft running below lifted trucks is undoubtedly something you have seen before. On other trucks, however, a bar runs down either side of the driveshaft and travels in the direction of the rear of the vehicle. These bars provide traction. The bars attach to the truck's back axle and then, via bolts or welding, connect to the truck's frame someplace below. Traction bars not only provide a practical job but also look great on off-road setups.
